Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Beyond Time subscription. If you are not happy with your purchase, the following refund terms apply. This policy is part of our Terms of Use.

1. Web Subscriptions (Paddle)

Subscriptions purchased on our website are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at support@beyondtime.ai with your account details and we will process your refund promptly. You can also contact Paddle directly via the receipt emailed to you at purchase.

2. Free Trials

Premium subscriptions started on the web include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After the trial converts to a paid subscription, the 14-day refund window above applies from the date of the charge.

3. Mobile App Subscriptions (App Store / Google Play)

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled by the respective platform in accordance with their refund policies. You may request a refund directly from Apple or Google within their applicable refund policy timeframe.

4. General

We encourage you to take advantage of the free trial period to explore all premium features before committing to a paid subscription. After the applicable refund period has passed, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
