How to Manage Your Routines
Master routine management in Beyond Time by creating, organizing, and tracking routines across your four life categories: Health, Work, Sleep, and Life.
Navigate to Routines
Go to Settings and tap "setup my routines" to access your routine management view. Routines are organized by category for easy navigation.
Understand Categories
Routines are organized into four life categories: Health (red), Work (green), Sleep (purple), and Life (blue). Each category has its own color-coded icon.
Create a New Routine
Tap the "+" button to create a new routine. Enter the routine name and select its category. The routine will appear in the appropriate category section.
Toggle Routine Status
Use the eye icon to toggle routines between active and inactive. Active routines appear in your daily tracker, while inactive ones are hidden but preserved.
Edit or Delete Routines
Tap the pencil icon to edit a routine's name or category. Use the trash icon to delete routines you no longer need.
